The engine is smooth and capable. The lower seat height (for an adventure bike) is great (I am 5'10") and the light weight and thumper torque make for very fun ride. There are absolutely no problems with this bike, am only selling it because am looking for my next adventure.
I am the second owner. bought it lightly used years ago and it has been fantastic, both on-road and off-road, ever since. It's designed as an entry level motorcycle for those who want to go places no one else can get to and have never had problem getting this bike to do what needed it to do. This bike has many accessories and extras, including; factory rear hardcase (pictured), ABS, 12v Power receptacle, sets of tires, center stand, factory footpegs and larger off-road footpegs.
This bike has been garage stored for as long as have owned it and it was never dropped, even off-road. There is minor cosmetic ding on the rear left fairing (pictured) from bad trailer tie-down. am also including two (2) sets of tires; pair of 40%On/60%Off Shinkos (currently on the bike) that have about 1500 road miles left on them (more off-road), and pair of 85%On/15%Off Metzeler Tourance tires with less than 3000 miles on them. In addition can include the original footpegs and larger off-road footpegs.
I am also willing to include local delivery (within about 100 miles of Chicago).
