BMW 530i Sport.  Petrol.  Automatic.  2001 Y-Registration.  Only Owners and 96K from new.  The third and final owner is an elderly gentleman and has had this car for nearly 13 years! 
Just serviced and MOT'd on the 11/01/2020 @96,233 miles and it had new front brake discs and pads, plus new rear tyres.
The iconic E39 series BMW is much revered and for good reason.  would describe this particular car as in good condition throughout.  Details are:
Bodywork:  BMW E39's don't rot.  Subsequently, this car is rock solid.  They do suffer from minor surface corrosion here and there, typically on the leading edges of the front of the sills (where the mud-flaps are fitted), on the bottom edge of the boot lid, the wheel arch lips and on the horizontal plane of the rear wings, just behind the rear wheel arch, where the rear wing and rear bumper edges run parallel.  This car has those spots of surface corrosion.  The worst part of this car though, are the bumpers.  The front drivers corner and the rear passenger side corners have both suffered damage and had very amateurish 'home' repairs.  professional standard repair is required to make these look as they should again.  have shown details on the above pictures to show as much as possible what have described here.
Interior:  Excellent. Half alcantara and half sport cloth. Very minor wear on the drivers seat indicative of it's low mileage.
Mechanically:  These engines are silky-smooth and very strong.  With just 96K miles it's smooth and quiet as you would expect.  The automatic gearbox responds instantaneously.  The chassis/suspension is quiet and smooth with no nasty noises.
In summary:  It's fairly low mileage, three owner car in good, original condition that drives smoothly and from lovely interior.  With little bit of TLC on those bumpers and minor surface corrosion, it could be one of the better E39 Sports remaining.  have priced this car competitively.  have done my research and know the market prices for this model.  That said, these are something of 'modern classic' now and prices of good ones will only go up from here.  This car would suit an E39 enthusiast who is prepared to put some time and money in to finish it off and preserve it.
