Time warp 1980 Honda CB250N super dream. This machine has had just ONE owner since 1981 [36 years!] and just one before that. The current owner purchased it when it was just 10 months old with 3,000 miles on it, it now has 100% genuine 6837 miles from new, so only 3000 miles in the past 35 years. The machine has spent most of it's life unused and has always been stored indoors including many years in his conservatory, it was last used briefly in 1998/9 since then it has simply sat under blanket. The bike does start and run but it must be advised the the carburetors will require clean/ service as it requires lots of choke to start and runs weak, that said there are no rattles and the exhaust does not smoke or alike, the fuel tank is good as it was always drained before storage. I believe the photos tell the story regarding its general condition so please study them carefully. The paintwork is non standard, as soon as the owner purchased it he had METALFLAKE/ CANDY paint job done on it as this was all the craze in the late70's early 80's, not now to everyone's taste but certainly of its period! All gears select, lights all function as they should, brakes appear to work etc, tyres have plenty of tread but will require replacement as they are possibly 30 plus years old...The bike has recently had new battery and oil/ filter fitted. [prior to starting] If you are looking for genuine, low mileage, low owner original and unrestored 250 super dream you will have to co long way to match this machine, it would be fantastic candidate for an as new renovation or could be easily put on the road and used just as it is.
