1959 Holden FC Ute FC-2106 to suit parts, restoration. May Suit FE, FJ, FX buyerUp for auction have 1959 Holden FC Coupe Ute in near complete original unrestored condition.
It has good engine which starts instantly and runs well, which has period alloy finned rocker cover worth money.
Ute starts, runs and drives, but won't stop or change gear while driving as hydraulics are seized and require servicing. Had the ute for approximately 40 years, was transported by truck 15km up the road when moved years ago, towed about 1km to workshop and driven 40m from front of shed to back.  Good bonnet with minimal rust and dent on the front next to badge. Front guards are in good condition for age has a small amount of rust on top and bottom of guard in front of door with some tears to metal and dents but they are repairable. Doors are in good condition with minimal rust on the bottom. Grill in in good condition for age. Front bumper is in good condition for age has dents and rust on overrides but only small dent and small rust hole on drivers side also repairable. Tailgate and spare wheel cover are there but rusted especially along bottom where hinges attach. Passenger side rear bumperette is damaged but drivers side rear bumperette is in good condition. The ute does have lot of rust underneath and is more suitable as parts car because of this. The chassis rails are all rusted out and unless you want to take on the huge job of rebuilding new chassis for it from scratch to restore it and the extensive rust repairs required to floor and body then it is more suitable for parts. This is the ideal donor vehicle for that rust free car, van or ute shell you have ready to restore or know where to get. This is very complete rusty Holden ute with plenty of valuable rare and hard to find parts on it to complete your project. All four tires are inflated and rolls freely. Photos form part of description. Inspection is highly recommended. Pick up only. Cash on pickup preferred. For more details please send message with your phone number and I'll call you back. Thanks and happy bidding
On 04-Nov-17 at 10:24:43 AEDST, seller added the following information:A buyer who purchased an FX Holden ute from me has left neutral negative feedback which is not correct. It was described accurately, it had rust and did start, run and drive rear wheels. Which didn't matter to them since their idea was to drop v8 into it and make Mad Max style ute. Their comments are false as they agreed it was what they expected during pick up. They purchased it anyway when they could have turned it down and not purchased it if it was not as described like they have stated. They seemed to think that an FJ ute which compared it to, that sold week or two before the FX for more than the FX was in better condition despite obviously missing lots of parts from the engine, not running and had large rust hole on the side under fuel cap. They stated had blinkers on, suggested they put glasses on, which they claim was being insulting. They disagreed with my opinion and have stated abrupt communication in feedback when was honestly telling it like it was. They are disappointed and have buyers remorse for purchasing their FX because they didn't know about the FJ which sold few weeks later or the FC currently being auctioned which take time to prepare for sale. The opinion they expressed in their neutral negative feedback does not truly reflect the item condition of the FX they purchased, in no way reflects the condition of the FJ recently sold or of the FC currently being auctioned. The previous highest bidder should reinstate their bid because rather than entering the wrong amount suspect it was related to the false neutral negative feedback received about the FX. The FX buyer waited long time to leave their feedback, strange timing too right as the auction for this FC got underway, almost as if they wanted to sabotage the auction to reduce the final selling price.      On 04-Nov-17 at 12:01:57 AEDST, seller added the following information:The added information is about neutral negative feedback received about an FX Ute sold previously which has nothing to do with and is irrelevant to the FC Ute currently for sale by auction. only added the information as an explanation about the previous sale because potential buyers might believe it to be accurate which it is not or that it might reflect the current auction which it does not. shouldn't need to add the information as previously sold different item should not affect this auction but it does because the highest bidder retracted their bid right after the feedback was received. This FC Holden Ute is for sale by auction which you need to bid on if you want the chance to get it. All you need to know about this FC Ute for sale is in the first part. suggest you ignore irrelevant feedback and if concerned about the condition of item, arrange to view and inspect the Ute before bidding and purchasing it.
