Decent clean original Fairlane coupe nice straight body, factory original paintwork with the exception of the LH front guard and bonnet, paintwork is faded and in average condition. The body of the car is very straight and clean, minor rust bubbling at doors and minor rust issue at lower quarter, the structure of the car is solid, we have had floor pans and under the battery tray replaced professionally as they were pin holed from wet carpets and battery acid .
The doors close as they would have in 1967.
Good glass chrome and stainless all moldings are complete nothing missing, chrome is good except the rear bumper has been re- chromed poorly and is peeling.
Original factory tone trim drivers seat will need repair, dash pad is cracked, headlining has hole on RH side and will need carpets dash is all original down to the factory Am radio.
The 289 Fires up and runs on all eight the oil pressure is good but we have noisy lifters. the car will run, drive and stop but will need mechanical resto from lack of use.
This is the super original Fairlane coupe and there not getting any easier to find in this condition were not desperate to sell so no stupid offers please.
