Suspension is fully independent torsion bar in apparent good condition,although shock absorbers may be suspect.Engine is 4 cylinder B40, which can be run up with no nasty noises or smoke.Transmission was serviceable when vehicle was last driven, has 5 speeds foreward and reverse.Brake master cylinder seized and rest of system suspect, so vehicle cannot be driven.Electrics are functional, with new wiring to swichboard.
