For those that are in the know and are on the lookout for an e36 m3 no further introduction needed other than to say that this isn't your typical "stock" e36 m3.

Those that are interested in knowing bit more, please read on.

I bought this m3 from the dealer years ago and it has covered just 15000kms during that time needless to say, it has been project of mine and some serious time and money have been poured into this car to make it arguably, one of the finest and quickest around.

It has had more than 17k spent on it to replace pretty much everything you could think of, including those that will need replacing for car which is more than 20 years old the car drives beautifully and goes like go kart on steroids.

The intention was to turn it into road car that can still be taken to the racetrack to have blast around in and then be driven back home comfortably.

Here is brief list of what has taken place since that original idea:

*Turner Motorsport front and rear subframe reinforcements, professionally welded and installed by British European Motorworks (BEMW), Castlehill.

*Full H&R coilovers fitted by ALS, Rydalmere with adjustable Ground Control end links

*BMW Group Oil Restrictor fitted into engine head by BEMW

*Full carbon fibre race bucket seats (original Vaders included)

*Carbon fibre bonnet (original included)

*Remus exhaust (original included)

*Square 17x8.5" lightweight forged double spoke wheels all around rather than the 8.5 rear and 7.5 fronts. Extra set of wheels included

*3.64 rear diff upgrade stock is 3.15 and included

*Custom made alloy steering coupling to replace the flimsy rubber this gave even better road feel compared to stock

*New e36 m3 steering rake and tie rods installed year ago

*Full cooling system overhaul with new OEM water pump, radiator, belts, gaskets etc.

*Currently running Powerchip and comes with additional spare Bosch DME unit with Alpha-N chip for both DME and Vanos included with sale, as well as the stock chips

*e36 convertible underbody X-brace installed to strengthen and reinforce the front end

*Turner Motorsport steel reinforcement plates for the front and rear strut towers, including magnesium strut brace

*All rubber bushings replaced and with newly installed rear trailing arm bushes with Turner Motorsport limiters to prevent flex and prolong life

*Euro 2-piece floating brake rotors running Performance Friction pads front and back (the front and back rotors and pads are all new). Stops on dime and with no brake fade

*Always run on Mobil and BP Ultimate 98. Best of everything

This list is from what can gather from the top of my head. For those that are concerned that this car has been track day warrior it has only been taken to the track total of times (2 at Wakefield and at SMP).

The track sessions were used to determine which areas of the vehicle needed work to make it handle and perform even better. Without bragging about it, let's just say that it runs rings around stock e46/e90 series m3s and pretty much anything modern, bar exotics.

I have had the car corner weighted at Heasmans Steering and with dry weight of about 1360kg, it is pretty light and will go easy on future consumables.

The car will be sold with brand new set of Federal RSRs (which still have the stickers attached). The existing tyres on the car are Kumho Ku36 with 60% tread left.

You will also be getting an additional front set of the stock 17x7.5 inch lightweight forged wheels and there are many spare parts that will come bundled with the purchase.

Selling due to having moved into an apartment in the city and there is only parking spot so the family car is staying and the toy is to go. Rego still has about months left from memory.

The S50B30 engine in these e36 m3??™s are the strongest of the lot, the largest stock big end bearings with forged crank and rods ??“ basically half Mclaren F1 engine. modern day classic...
