bought it 20 years ago am the second owner Holden Commodore VR V8 special order, v8 auto solid/live axle rear with LSD FE2 suspension, cruise control, air conditioning, SS Front bumper, lower lip and lights, headlight protectors.In that time changed the wheels to the 17inch VX SS in about 2002, the front brakes were upgraded to the larger VT type. The interior was upgraded to the Senator package, Crow cam,lifters,chip, adjustable timing set, HM stainless steel headers/extractors and mild steel twin cat exhaust, Gas research throttle body. The transmission was rebuilt with stronger corvette internals.Tinted windows, Leather steering wheel.
I still have standard seats and the original 15inch wheels(tyres are very old and worn) if you want them installed instead will take some money off the final price.
I have had company car on and off the entire time so it has been spare car sitting in the garage lot of its life. Its currently running LPG only as the petrol pump stopped working from bad fuel, the hoses in the tank had detoriated as well so the tank was removed to fix but never got refitted(I have it if you want it) The original speedo stopped working at about 130000 it was replaced with new one and currently reads about 59000. was offered super deal to buy my current company car so decided its time to part with the VR. Its insurance has just expired and rego is about to as well, will hand in the plates as am not selling it with roadworthy or rego. It has couple of oil leaks etc as you would expect from an old car.
