XC Fairmont GXL Factory 351 4sp JG32UA80275K Project CarPlatinum Blue Dusk Trim Code Trans 11/78 BuildI purchased this car as project 12 months ago. had intended to restore it but my priorities and situation has changed, requires full restoration. This is unusual combo being the top of the range XC Fairmont GXL however the original buyer chose factory Manual transmission. The car is 95% complete and comes with many rare items including, correct GXL 9" diff with just reconditioned LSD center which organised, correct 351 XC specific singlerail gearbox which sourced, correct factory Ford air cleaner and rocker covers, twin exhaust rear bumper bar and 9" diff, 351. The car was originally sold by David Nutter Ford in Bewick which actually sourced factory uniform sweater from the dealership which will go with the car. Also have the original GXL radiator support plate/tag. The car was sand blasted and etched already when bought it, there are some normal repairs required which are to be expected for areas affected by rust such as rear lower quarters, some door lowers and tail light panel area.
