Ok everyone. Here is the CBX1000 you can actually afford. Unfortunately don't have the time to dedicate to this marvel of engineering and she has to go.
If you are looking at this you already know the wheels are not original, but do have them. Watch my listings. The gold wheels are from CB1100Rb SC08, or CB900 Boldor, extremely rare.
If you want the original wheels you can arrange swap.
She has done 83,000km, and needs some work done, but nothing too difficult for someone like you. Apart from the obvious things you see in the photos, the wiring harness needs attention as some wires have perished from age. Light surface rust in places. The exhaust system is cactus and needs replacing. (I have pipes and NOS for sale)
The engine turns over by the crank bolt very smoothly, with good compression on all cylinders. Needs battery. have the brake calipers in box. There doesn't seem to be sludge in the oil, it looks surprisingly good for bike that has been sitting since 1986.
I have heap of spares for sale also, some for the CBX1000, so watch my listings. have the original workshop manual in very good condition too, in addition NOS brand new boxed front mud guard already factory painted in candy glory red, so keep an eye on my other items.
Collection is in Katoomba, and as it isn't running at the moment, you will need to come with strong men to get it up the hill from its current position in the yard.
