The 1991 Ducati 851 Superbike brought Ducati back to the World Superbike winners circle where it remained for many years. The 1991 Bike, although marked as an 851 is actually factory fitted with 888cc motor. The 1989 and 1990 models were fitted with the 851 motor. My bike is concourse restoration of this absolute classic and collectable road/race motorcycle. year job see's this bike in pristine condition and winner of many Bike Shows. In the 2014 Perth Italian Bike Show the bike one its class and also more importantly it won the Best Bike in Show. (approx 250 bikes entere). The bike has been spared no expense to bring it to this show winning condition. On the road it rides like dream and its race breeding is obvious. The restoration has been done to last with the bike presenting chrome, anodized aluminum and stainless steel. In 10 years since the restoration have only polished it once, however its looks as good the day the restoration was finished. Standard features of the bike include: Olins rear and Showa front suspension, fuel injection, computer controlled/mapped, watercooled, collection of features that had not been seen before in road bike. Hence its winning pedigree. true classic bike restored to last forever.
