offer this stunning Ducati 1000 Millie for sale. One of the last 250 built by Ducati before they sold to Cagiva. Built in March of 1985. Regarded by many as the best of the bevel engines, the bike was originally destined for the Japanese market which is where purchased it from. Just 3500 genuine Kilometers  full frame off restoration, have replaced the brake calipers, new forks, new bearings through out, new carburetors braided stainless steel brake and clutch lines, new tyres, wheel bearings, fresh paint, although have restored paint in some areas in order to keep authenticity. it is better suited to collection due to the extremely low kilometers and original condition of the motorcycle.I went to great lengths to buy all the original decals even down to the fork leg and rear shock decals, it is as perfect as you will get. I have spent months ensuring that this motorcycle has been restored to period correct, it is in concourse condition. have many more images of the restoration and the quality of the build which am very pleased to supply. The engine still carries the original lead tag on the cases, meaning it's never been apart, this is must for serious collectors. These engines were good for thousands of K's before servicing, but obviously have serviced it, valves and bevels oils, and filters have all been checked adjusted and replaced.I honestly believe that this bike is better then new. This bike is priced according to international markets given it's mileage and condition and think it represents great value as the last of the great Bevels and arguably the best bevel engine to have.The MHR was built to pay homage to Mike Hailwood's return to racing and the Isle of Man. Built in very limited numbers and as such is very rare motorcycle. The Mike Hailwood Millie (1000 cc) is the last of the True Ducatis and is guaranteed to be an appreciating classic.
