Lost my licence and haven't ridden the bike for year or so. The wife has had quiet word. can ride the bike or can ride the wife. Sigh...  For sale by owner:

99 Model CBR900RR in great condition. Approx. 30,000kms. few upgrades including double bubble screen, wave rotors, HEL brake lines, racing levers, rear seat cowl. Comes with original parts and some spares as can be seen in the photos. Stands included, comes with additional pins (21, 23 24mm). There's new 15/45 tooth sprocket set and new chain, which never got to fit (the chain and sprockets currently fitted are only 2,000kms old standard teeth). Tyres are Metzeler M3's and about 3,000km old, in good condition.

This would be an excellent weekend ride or everyday commuter. Strong motor, bike in good condition. great base for streetfighter. The last of the carbied 'Blades. Smooth and precise to ride. Much firmer suspension than the missus, to be honest...

There are couple of things to say in addition to the good stuff. There is small dent in the tank (kid pushed the car door open and hit the tank). took photo with pen pointing at it so you could see it. There is also small mark on the seat cowl on the left and two on the right from straps. Those were there when bought it. The battery is dead from the bike sitting for 12 months. new battery is included (but not installed). Powersport VRLA Maintenance Free (YTZ12-S). Finally the rego is due and if the bike is sold for the asking price will renew for months.

If an interstate buyer is interested, will help with packaging etc. For locals, the bike will need to be trailered home. Pull the plugs and put some oil into the cylinders before starting it. I'd like this to go quickly. Auction finishes Sunday.
