Imported from Japan in January 2013 am the bikes only Australian owner. It has an official vehicle import approval which notes the bike as 1968 Honda Dream. Bikes under 50cc in Japan do not display build date hence the confusion. Engine number (AC15E1007109) and VIN (AC1511007146) are genuine and original. can provide the original auction report from Japan. Bike is registered as 1968 model and insured as 1997 Honda Dream 50. Bike had 4,283 kms showing when it arrived and currently has 6,180 kms so it has done just under 2,000 kms while have owned it. The bike had full Takegawa 89cc big bore kit fitted in Japan. This includes larger Keihin carb, larger cylinder and piston, into exhaust and upgraded CDI unit. Modifications total approximately $2,000. This increases the bikes power from approximately to 12 hp. As the bike arrived with its original tyres these were replaced with quality Pirellis. If the new owner would like them for display purposes have the original tyres. also have an original Japanese sales brochure which will be included. Bike is rarely ridden but always garaged.
