This project has been fantastic build, but now its done it’s time to move on and let someone enjoy all the hard work that has been accomplished. The frame was left patina deliberately as really like the look of old bikes that have been restored, but show little age to give it character. The tank was chemically cold tanked to remove all old paint and rust, and all tank seams re-welded, finishing with 2pax paint and new decals, and this also includes front and rear guards, head light shroud etc. All new handle bar controls and pro taper handlebars fitted with new bark busters and rebuild tacho and speedo with new ignition. Wiring loom was stripped and rebuilt, original headlight and extremely rare protecter from Dakar bike, new blinkers, battery and fully striped and restored battery holder. The seat has been professionally recovered, side stand has been reenginered with larger stand base and stronger main sharft, new pivot pegs and oil cooler has been professionally chemically bathed, painted with custom braided oil lines. The motor runs like dream with new valves, rings, rebuild carbs, clutch etc, and fully custom redline exhaust system that give it perfect note. There is few things that needs to be finished, it needs new side covers, bad earth on the blinkers which truthfully I’m to lazy to fix because I’m selling the bike, and air directional covers and thats it!!! This will be great great bike for someone who want to have truly classic trail bike. If there is any questions please don’t hesitate to ask. Good luck everyone.
