LAMS APPROVED Perfect commuter, perfect learner ride! 
I am the second owner; purchased in 2013 and serviced regularly since. am selling because am looking to upgrade. 
This is perfect for someone just starting out or wanting weekly rider. The mechanic says it is in mint condition for its age. 
I have dropped it once on the LHS, suffered crack on the rear faring but have plastic welded it. Also scratch on the engine housing.  I have never had any issues and it starts from cold every time! BONUS: Hand warmers in hand grips. 
Front tire replaced this year, before RWC issued in Dec. Rear still ok. 
Front disc break and drum rear, both working order. 
Bike comes with rear panier and rack. 
Fuel is about $14 to fill 10L tank, once week. usually fill up at 180kms, but have lasted until 220kms. Always used premium fuel.
