great bike lady owner has only done 19k in very good condition, has hardly been used last rwc bike has done about 200ks does not have rwc at this price but can be arranged easily for an extra  $115. great and comfortable for commuting and has low seat position. Has been 100% reliable never had an issue. is non lams approved bike. So has full power and is un restricted. new owner will be happy with this bike. hardly used in last few years so has to go.
