Triumph T150, 1968 build.  This bike was in the first batch of T150's sent to the USA, Number T207.Imported to Australia in 1985 and has had two owners (good friends) since being imported. With 29,900 original miles the bike is in very original condition and has never been restored, always stored or parked indoors since being imported and until recently was on Vic club rego.  The bike runs really well, no engine or transmission noise, no exhaust smoke. The frame components and wheels are also showing no signs of wear. The seat cover has two minor nicks and some of the plastic strip from around the base is missing.  The tank has small dent and paintwork is showing its age. Fitted with Branson Boyer electronic ignition but currently needs rollers to start as it has been sitting (not started) for plus years. The engine dropped con rod and was rebuilt by Jim at Village Norton, Logan, QLD in 2002. This engine failure holed the crankcase so later model crankcase set was sourced and used in the rebuild.  The bike is currently assembled and running with this crankcase (engine number T150T XG00686).  Since the 2002 rebuild the bike has travelled less than 5000 miles. In 2016 The original T207 crankcase assembly was given to Ben at Triple Cycles in Malaga, WA.  The damage was repaired, the crankcase assembled and line bored before being completely rebuilt with new bearings and A1 secondhand crank, rods and cams.  This assembly is included in the price and the repair cost receipts for this work will be provided to the buyer, (see photos).A copy of the original 1985 purchase receipt from the importer is also available to the buyer.
