Up for auction is 1972 Yamaha CT2 Road, Trail, Enduro.
Engine has good compression, starts and rides.
The bike is 90% original, missing airbox, tail light and exhaust heatshield is incorrect.
Has lot of hard to get parts, original steel guards (gold!), instruments, switchgear, chainguards etc.
Needs tyres and battery for lights. Some light pitting on fork tubes, seals not leaking.
Comes with original factory pack rack. (see photo).
Tank clean inside, seat base good, no rust. New seat covers are available on Ebay.
These were great bike, daily ride to work, race or trail on the weekend!
Ride as is or restore. These bikes are now pulling big dollars, especially overseas.
