Yamaha PW50 one of the early red/white models that were made during the 1980's.
We have owned it for around six years and was good little bike to learn on but hasn't been used for probably over two years now (upgraded to PW80 about years ago) and will not start. Was working fine last time it was ridden, motor turns over when kick started but will not fire. 
Welcome to inspect if your local, otherwise pickup is from Newbridge (about 20mins south of Bathurst).
