Was good reliable bike for the two or three years that rode it, but it's been sitting in the shed for the last years since son got his licence and stopped wanting to go dirt-bike riding with Dad.  I need the space and I've finally admitted won't be taking it out again. I gave the bike trailer to mate some years ago so couldn't transport it anyway. The battery is dead so bought new gel-type battery on ebay, but haven't installed the new battery yet because it would only sit in the shed and go flat. Last time started it with jump-start and everything worked fine (last summer). The bikini fairing is perished and breaks easily, The other fairings are ok though. Tyres are flat but seven years will do that. You take it as-is.  Welcome to jump-start it to test.

No luck. installed the new battery but it's not charged yet so hooked up jumper-leads to my car.  The spark is good. It cranks over fine but just doesn't bite. It definitely had fuel in it when last started it (at least year ago, maybe two years ago) but there was nothing in it just now, so put few litres in and still no luck. think the fuel is getting to the carby but it might need carby clean?  I don't know, I'm not mechanical. The left-hand side fairing has crack. If anyone wants to retract their bid based on this new info, let me know. Personally, reckon it will be something very simple like carby-clean or fresh fuel or something because nothing has happened to this bike other than just sitting in my shed for several years and it was always very easy to start and super reliable. But I'm not going to spend any money on it, so my lack of interest in it will be somebody else's win. On 04-Jan-17 at 18:24:36 AEDST, seller added the following information:Year of bike 2005
