1933 Ford Phaeton.  This rare, factory steel,  cyl. standard Phaeton is ground up restoration  and has only been driven 14 miles since restored in 2005. It received Dearborn award at it's first and only Early V8 Club showing.  It received 967 points out of 1000 at the V8 show and has since had most deductions corrected.   All mechanical components were overhauled including balancing the engine. Engine has counter balanced crank. The differential has 3.54 gears.  restored glove box radio with face plate, goes with the sale. also have side curtains and top boot. (photo on back seat in bags)  The body is painted the original Coach Maroon with black fenders and Poppy red wheels and stripe. LeBaron Boney black Harts cloth top, side curtains and boot.  Many NOS parts were used in the restoration including the running boards. The tires are original Goodyear diamond treads and should not be used for higher speed driving. The reason have not driven it much is that live on farm with miles of gravel road to the highway and wanted to preserve the car in show condition.   Someone who lives on pavement could enjoy this car far more than have.  The last picture was taken today through the door of the enclosed trailer where it has been stored inside metal bldg.  I may consider a 33 Ford cabriolet (project or driver) on trade.  See  V8 Times article March April 2008, pg. 41
