Beautiful Patina...Excellent Restore Project! 1950 MERCURY M68 FLATHEAD V-8 PICKUP TRUCK serial PF83H50-12705. The MERCURY series is Canadian produced model of truck which equates to its American counterpart the Ford F3. This truck is excellent original condition overall and still has its flathead motor/condition unknown as it hasn't run since being parked way back in 1974. Body is very solid and has excellent cab corners, doors, sills, running boards, etc. There are few farm bruises from usage and the wooden box floor has rotted away but the metal strips are still in good shape. Very little rust overall and floor boards are solid as ever as the pictures show. There is no tailgate, or door inspection panels, on the truck which is fitted with the box hoist option that was common amongst prairie trucks of the 40's and 50's. Interior is in fair condition, the seat will need recovering and the roof liner is weathered and crumbling. . Tires all hold air and the truck rolls fine. Car currently has Canadian title but will be sold with all the paperwork necessary to title it in your home state.
