I am reluctantly selling car that was going to restore.  For Sale is very rare 1954 Cadillac Convertible. This is car was doing frame off restoration on and had to quit the project due to unforeseen personal financial matters. 
This car is originally cabot grey over red interior with black top and is very rare to find. In fact have been unable to locate another one like it. It is matching numbers car with original 331ci motor and drivetrain and comes with the elusive original braced frame.  There as been substantial work done to the car including full stripping and disassembly. The car has all new suspension including shocks, front and rear springs, and sway bar bushings. 
This car is being sold as body without trim which is available for purchase seperately) on frame that rolls on its original wheels from the factory. The car includes doors, trunk, fenders, hood. All these items have been made paint ready. convertible top is included. This item alone is many thousands of dollars. The car  needs floor and trunk repair and have confirmed that floor can be welded in from any Cadillac coupe from 54-56. These are available at Cadillac yards, and sourced one for about $300. Trunk pans are available new and have purchased them and will provide them with the sale of the car. 
Hood, trunk, both fenders and doors have been completely bodywork to perfection and primed. lot of money was invested into the preparation of this cars restoration. These parts are exclusive to 1954 Cadillac and are very rare!

It's rare car and it has to go. invite anyone to come inspect it if they would like. restored car of this type is worth big $$$ and this is real one, not fake like all the other Chevelles, GTOs and other muscle cars out there. Its piece of rolling piece of American History designed by Harley Earl, legendary American automotive designer.
