This vehicle has undergone a"FRAME OFF" restoration with lots of new OEM parts added during therestoration process.The drive-train is modernrebuilt 350 with Turbo 400 transmission. The interior has been totallyredone. It has period correct rims with whitewalls. The successful "winning" bidder must telephone me at (905) 933-8119within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and makearrangements to complete the transaction. $1,000.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT isdue within 48 Hours of auction end. Full payment must be received within 7business days of the end of auction. Payment must made by bank wire transferonly. If funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not beenmade, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on afirst-come, first-serve basis. The parties agree that this contract shall beconstrued under the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, thatthe Provincial Court of Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction overany action brought to enforce the terms of this contract or over any actionarising out of the underlying transaction(s) with seller and venue may be hadin the Ontario Superior Court of the Province of Ontario.
