Ok Lets start by saying this car is in great shape for car that was restored in 1992. It's 1966 Plymouth Satellite Convertible. That was purchased new in Sarina Ontario. This car was passed or sold within the family until 1992 at which time it had just over 37,000 miles on it. The man in his 60's purchased it. he purchased it off the car dealer in July of 92. Until the spring of 2014 because of age now he's 82 and time to pass the car on. The man purchased this car from had it for years. At which time purchased this car because it's outstanding condition. As stated earlier the car was basically restored in 1992 93 the body was stripped to bare metal. It also was treated to real good paint job, no not 20 thousand paint job but real nice one. The engine and transmission have been rebuilt over the years, did see the invoices in the pile of paperwork (invoices) about 3/4" of them. Original owners manual and cert card as seen in photo in its holder.The car has been completely documented since 1992 till 2014 when sold. Even right down to the logging of the gas purchased and mileage give on that tank full. The odometer was change do to failure and was correctly documented. This also verifies the actual mileage to be true. There is not one thing that know of that does not work on this car not even radio or fender turn signals.Now to the car the photos will talk for them selves. But will also add bit of input to help in the understanding of the condition of this car. In 92 or 93 all the undercoat was striped off the undercarriage and then it was painted in chassis black looks great on the underside of the car. All the bumpers have been rehomed. The tail panel was restored and cost over grand. Grill was restored, all the dash was done. The interior was replaced with new legendary foam seat covers, door panels, all new door handles window cranks. The console was restored, new carpet. All front end components were replaced and alignment (2013) all the glass is in great shape. Oh the top is original and it flawless. The jack and spare is in the trunk.This car is the real deal complete accurate and shows like it would have back in the 60's. nice car for the guy or Gal that had one back in the day.
