Very rare 1971 Dodge Challenger True 340 4 BLL Auto 8.75 3.23 posi. with build sheet. With some were in the neighbourhood of 200 being built out of the 1700 some odd in the total production for 1971. That's rare. This car is kind of basic survivor with very little changed on it most parts are there and intact. With the exception of the engine and transmission in it. Now is a built 360 with 727 auto with the 340 exhaust manifolds intake. But do have the original 340 Block that has been checked for cracks, crank, heads and all other parts along with the HD 727 transmission. Yes these are the original numbers matching engine trans. The car has buckets and console buckets have cloth inserts which might of been an option. The car has only 68,927 miles showing on its rally cluster that's right Rally dash and it all works except the clock. Has fully working power top. It retains all of its original glass with maybe exception of windshield not sure. Its still has its original road wheels with disk brakes, the car was painted about 33 years ago in cheap paint used car job. Car needs to be stripped and appropriate body work done to meet your standards but what great starting point. At that time when it was painted it was just used car. HA HA.
