I'm the 2nd owner and have owned it since February 26, 2008 when purchased it with 95,328 miles on it. (I have Odometer Disclosure Statement). The odometer is still under 100,000 miles.
I've driven the car more frequently than usual over the past month, though it's never been daily driver for me.
It always starts without hesitation. The car is kept in heated condominium parkade with cover on it.
The condo is being sold in the spring the car won't have home, so I'm somewhat reluctantly selling it.
All the glass is clean. The interior carpeting is mint throughout and there are no tears in the seats, headliner, etc.The hood release cable, battery and sub-frame bushings were replaced at 99,065 miles (March '15).
The power steering gear box leaks, you can try seal kit for under $100, to skip that and just put in rebuilt one ($425 Buy-Steering.com) the power steering pump is noisy leaks ($190 partsgeek.com) for rebuilt one plus whatever accessories go with that, so say $800 total in parts. The car also need tires, so say another $800.
The problem have is can't find garage that's prepared to have it in their shop for 3-4 days while these items are purchased and installed.
Given the simplicity of access to the parts in this vehicle, most mechanics that have their own set-up can probably address these items in few hours.
