One of the nicest 1977 911's out there! Numbers matching engine and transmission. Engine was rebuilt by 2.7 liter expert John Forbes at Black Forest Racing. The car has had high quality repaint in the original Copper Brown Metallic. The weather-stripping is new and stainless trim is in excellent condition. The original interior is in excellent condition, with two small tears in the drivers seat bottom being the only flaws (see pictures). The trunk, engine bay, and undercarriage of the car are spotless, and look virtually showroom fresh. The Fuchs wheels have just been refurbished to the correct finish by Wheel Wizard in Atlanta, GA, and wear brand new Pirelli tires. The car was originally delivered to Chittenden County Volkswagen, Porsche-Audi, Inc. in Burlington, Vermont in August of 1977. This location would explain the lack of factory optioned A/C. The speedometer/odometer is date coded 03/1977 and is functioning correctly, the mileage of 98,302 is believed to be correct. The car starts great, and runs, drives, and shifts like new. There is zero rust or corrosion anywhere on this car. It is being sold with Porsche Certificate of Authenticity, original owners manual and complete factory tool kit.
