20ft paint. It could use repaint. The paint is showing it's age.
No rust apart from some minor dime-sized or smaller surface rust spots at the usual A-pillar locations. No rust at all on the floors.
I believe the carb either needs tune or cleaning.
The LF spotlamp doesn't seem to work. 
Overall, it's super fun go-kart like car to drive that also gets all the fun mood-lifting Mini attention; thumbs up, pictures and genuine excitement from everyone sees it, and then some more being that it is right hand drive.
