I have been building this truck for myself but have bought some property soI am considering selling my project. I’m not spending lot of time on this addso if you have serious interest then please PM with your number I will be happy to share ALLI have done to the truck. To start went through everything mechanical on this truck, from theradiator thru the new MagnaFlow exhaust that sounds awesome! also had catalyticconverters put in so it is legal in all states. All axels have been refurbishedas well as the break system and new (Cold!) AC system. had an 6.0L LQ4 and 4L85e trans out of 2002 Chevy HD truckinstalled. The motor and trans were both rebuilt in 2009 by JASPER Engines& Transmissions (jasperengines dot com prior to my acquiring them). LS/LQ4/4L85E swap was professionally done and tuned by aperformance shop in Denton, TX.It has Dakota Digital dash as well as the Dakota Digital cruise controlmodule. Just installed new dash fromLMC, new AC vents, new seats from shop4seats (carpet is good but have new black carpet ready ifnew owner wants it that will go with truck). also redid all of the suspensionand shocks. It has the original front leaf springs that have been refurbished& re-sprung to make the truck sit level. The back springs are new for asofter ride. still have the original leafs that will go with the truck ifwanted. NewBFGoodrich T/A tires and 17" wheels. The tire size is LT245/75R17 (32"tall)Runsand drives like dream! The bed of the truck is in amazing condition. This truck runs/drives/sounds Awesome!AdditionalTruck info;VIN#1GCHV33NXJJ117352Vortec6000/6.0L LQ4 engine 4L85Etransmission (an evolution of the Turbo-Hydramatic 400 it has forwardgears4:10gears, The truckhas 85k miles, (have original gauges) The build has 4,400 miles on it DakotaDigital gauges) for total of 89k miles on frame. The mileage since 2009(estimated rebuild date) rebuild of the motor and trans is unclear but themotor was scoped and all looked to be low mileage. The passenger cab corner and pass rear rocker have rust. I have the replacement LMC sheet metal/parts for the both but have not gotten to it yet.I have invested ton of money into this truck so that it will be reallyCOOL daily driver.
