2002 E46 M3 with speed manual gearbox.  The car has 113,xxx miles and is in very good condition.  Oil was changed every 3k miles, and numerous preventive maintenance has been performed.  The rod bearings were changed by BMW at 77k, the suspension was refreshed with new springs, shocks, bushings at 105k, the differential seals were replaced at 105k, the clutch and transmission oil mounts were replaced at 110k.  The VANOS was overhauled at 110k as well with cryo treated hub from Dr Vanos.  The valve adjustment was done at 105k.  Everything mechanically on the car runs perfectly.  
Aftermarket parts: Eventuri intake, still have the stock airbox as well.  Status Gruppe SCZA exhaust.  This combo sounds great with no rasp at all.  I had suede steering wheel installed that feels miles better than the original wheel, but the original wheel is included.  UUC short shifter that feels amazing.  Vorsteiner CSL trunk lid is currently on the car, the original trunk is included. 
Issues: The slide that covers the sunroof has come off the tracks.  It will still slide back with some work but its hassle.  The sunroof works perfectly.  The drivers side window will roll back down after it is fully closed.  I have found that opening the door and rolling the window up completely then closing the door solves the issue.  There is good amount of wear on the driver seat bolster.  It is mostly cosmetic and still has all the proper bolstering but could use some tlc.  
The subframe reinforcement has not been done since don't track the car never had it done.  The car was inspected 500 miles ago and there are no cracks in the subframe.  I always drove this car responsibly and never took it to the track or drove it hard so guess it has held up well over the years.
