Running SUV located in Eastern Pennsylvania. 174,000 miles. It does run well.  This car has life left in it and worth fixing the steering pump. The stinky dog carpeting could be removed, left out in the rain and sun for month then re-installed.
DIY or backyard mechanic is the most logical buyer for this. If you are new driver shopping for your first car, or thrift minded person looking for top quality and low price, please lower your expectations by 50%.
That said, here are some details:
If you want to drive it home, may put new or used power steering pump on this truck, that can be negotiated.
4WD is working. Climbs right up the hill in the snow.
If you want to drive it home your will need to get 20 day temp tag from the DMV in Washington NJ or title the truck, get tags and take it home.

I don't know much about this car.  tested it around the parking lot and up on jack stands. do not have plates on it to test drive it, so this is what can tell you:
1) The transmission shifted into every gear including reverse. 4wd works.
2) the V6 engine starts right up.
3) Exhaust not making noise.
4) Engine light is OFF, idled for about an hour during my tests.  Note battery had been removed. Has PA emission sticker good thru 10/31/19.
5). No heavy active leaks noted, but evidence past/current oil leaks as would be expected from car this old. The passenger side valve cover seeps when it's parked and not being used, causes some intermittent smoke.
6) Heat worked great.  A/C compressor is new.
7) No clunking noted from front suspension.
8) CV boots look good.
9). Coolant looks good. Transmission Fluid pink and not smelly. Oil good.
10) Brakes are about 50% worn. 
11) Idled for hour and temperature gauge stays midway, does not get hot. Fan comes on and off.
12).Lighting all works.
13) Tires are borderline, maybe 7500 miles remaining before they need to be changed.
14) Windshield looks good.
15) Body looks good, no holes. Dent in rear bumper, plastic part near light.
16) It has been used to move dogs, so if you have pet allergy no good.
While have made every effort to test out and fully disclose this truck, this item is to be sold as-is, no returns.
