1980 Chevrolet Camaro Z28. Always stored inside and never seen winter, this bright red Z28 is far cry from the under powered car it was from the factory. Powering this Camaro is 383 small block stroker engine mated to 200R4 automatic transmission to Ford 9" housing 4.10 rear gears. The engine has less than 5,000 miles and the transmission less than 500 miles. Operating the transmission is Quick Silver shifter for direct shifts. Power brakes and power steering ease the operability of this beast. The rest of the equipment consist of an AM/FM radio with CD player, tilt wheel, vinyl interior and radial white letter tires wrapped around aluminum wheels. With mostly stock appearance, you'll fool most. Of course that great rumble from the exhaust will let them know that there's something special lurking underneath the hood. Also just installed new 850 edlebrock carb... What an amazing improvent with throttle response!
