You are bidding on 1968 Datsun Roadster SRL311.  The engine was rebuilt professionally by Mississauga Engines about years ago and has been driven about 2000 miles since then.  The body is the SRL311 series but the engine is from 1969 SPL311 so instead of 2000 cc engine it has 1600 cc engine.The car has had lot of body work to repair damage from the many Ontario winters it must have experienced.  The bodywork is holding up well as it has been stored indoors and only driven in the summer months although some paint bubble are now appearing on the front fenders.  Transmission shifts OK with some minor syncro issues between 1st and 2nd, not problem unless you plan on racing. Original dash is in good shape. Interior is clean with new seat upholstery and aftermarket carpeting installed. Soft top has few patches but generally keeps the rain out. Electronic ignition.  I would be happy to work with your agent to help expedite out of province or international shipping.

AMFM radio upgradeNew water pumpFairly new battery. The headlight relay was also replaced.Front and rear calipers and rotors were all replaced when the car was restored as were most of the hard and rubber brake lines.  Master brake and clutch and slave clutch cylinders were all rebuilt. Carburetor was refreshed with new floats and needles. The distributor was disassembled, re-greased and converted to an electronic ignition with new ignition coil.  Vacuum advance canister was replaced.
