For sale is my 1996 Jeep Cherokee 4x4. It has the 4.0L Inline engine. Just turned 300,000 but it still runs great and has been my daily driver up to about week ago. NO LEAKS. love this Jeep and I’m sad to see it go, only reason I’m selling is that drive to the West Side from Coaldale every day for school and bought something more fuel efficient. Engine light comes on periodically, it’s the downstream O2 sensor. have replacement sensor but the old one is seized on and probably needs to be cut out. It doesn’t impact the performance so just left it. Needs new windshield but it passed an insurance inspection in its current condition because the cracks aren’t in the driver’s field of view. 4x4 high and low works great with no problems. A/C blows ice cold and heat is good too. Would make great winter vehicle or hunting unit. Back seats fold down flat for tonnes of cargo space if needed. Currently has 30 9.5 15 BFG All Terrain KO2 tires with about 80% tread left, cost about $1000. Vehicle hasn’t been lifted and is still stock height. Tires rub slightly when the wheel is cranked all the way left but you really only notice when parking. New leaf springs in the back, new starter, brand new front rotors and pads, back drum brakes will need to be done soon. This is solid 4x4 vehicle that is in great shape for how old it is. Minor scratches and dings but nothing that wouldn’t be expected on 21-year-old vehicle. Interior is in excellent shape, no rips or tears. Two LED pods on the front bumper wired to switch in the dash. 2” receiver. Open to offers but I’m not giving it away either. Active status, currently Alberta registered and insured, come take it for test drive.
Motivated to sell, don't want to keep paying insurance on two vehicles so the price is negotiable.
