This 1990 Nissan Skyline GT-R is modified example which wasimported from Japan to Canada by the previous owner in 2006.After the car suffered an engine failure, the previous owner installedan RB26DETT from an R33 Skyline. The seller acquired the car in 2007 andhas repainted and modified it over the last ten years.Work included adding new springs, shocks, Garrett GT35 turbos, 3.5″exhaust, oversized radiator and intercooler, and Nissan Competition clutch.The seller fitted new cylinder head last year and states that unique featuresare still functional, including the HICAS. This GT-R is offered with cleanBritish Columbia title in the seller’s name.The seller had the car repainted black in2009. Some dimples are present in the paintwork on the aluminum hood and frontfenders when viewed up close. The original rear spoiler has beenreplaced in favor of small lip. 18″ Sparco wheels are fitted with Nexen N3000tires in good condition. Suspension upgrades include adjustable shocks withprogressive rate springs, aluminum front and rear strut tower bars, andoversized Brembo brakes front and rear.Several modifications have been made to the bodywork,including new stock front air dam, Veilside CI rear bumper, new centerbrake and side marker lights, and Honda Accord headlights. The Accordlights give the car the correct beam pattern for left-hand drive market. Somebodywork is noted in the attached invoices from The Skyline Shop, includingre-fitting the front bumper bar after a prior owner in Japan had removedit to fit much larger intercooler.The original front and rear seats have been removed in favorof R33 Skyline items. Numerous modifications are present, including new Sonyhead unit, four JBL speakers, trunk-mounted amp, 2″ EGT and Boost gauges inan A-pillar pod, Blitz turbo timer, HKS boost controller, an Innovate wideband O2 gauge, and an aftermarket steering wheel.
