Looking for pre war race bike ready to go for TROG (The Race of Gentlemen) or Appalacian Motojam£?  This is "turn key" ready to go, hopped up "45" inch flathead....get on and ride. There's alot of value here, and the more you look at it, the better it gets. The former owner had it for 40 years, and worked as certified mechanic at the HD dealer in Grand Rapids Mi in the 1970s. He raced it at the Bridgeton Mi vintage class TT, and age and health problems forced the sale. CAN tell you, built flathead race engines for 20 years, and this one is solid, doesn't smoke, starts easily, runs strong, and would cost you $7-8k ALONE to buy the WLD cylinders, racing cams, and have all the motor work done to perform this way if you started with stock bike.
