1939Harley Davidson EL Knucklehead
This very rare pre war 1939 EL Knucklehead was originally sold out ofBettencourt Harley Davidson located in Vallejo California. The motorcycle hasonly had three owners since new, the original owner kept it for 30 years andsold it to buy new Harley in 1969, the next owner had it in his possessionfor 44 years and then sold it to the most recent owner. The motorcycle wasrepainted in 1978 and has since undergone complete mechanical rebuild and isreported to be good runner. The motor case numbers are very clean and correctwith the lower case numbers matching. The wheels were changed out to the 18inch Kelsey Hayes rims and Buchanan spokes.
