 1966 Honda CL775 miles on complete engine overhaul!Engine completely rebuilt. Including new bore to .25 mm (1st oversize). New pistons, wrist pins, circlips, rings, gaskets, cam chain, and oil seals. Entire engine disassembled, inspected, and cleaned. All parts used were genuine Honda parts.New points, plugs, air filters. Carburetors cleaned and new gasket sets installed. Petcock cleaned and rebuilt with new gaskets and screen. Fuel tank has been cleaned and sealed. New fuel lines installed.Front forks rebuilt with new seals. All brakes disassembled and cleaned. New front and rear tires and tubes installed. New rear sprocket and new DID drive chain installed. New battery installed. Entire electrical system is 100% functional. (includes all lights and the horn)This bike is 100% complete, except for the missing seat strap. It is one of the last models built, with the larger tail light, larger brakes, rubber foot pegs, and helmet holder tab on the top of the left fork bolt. It comes with clear Ohio title and is listed as 1966 model. Numbers match Frame CL77-1046825, Engine CL77E-1047215Mileage is 10,377The front and rear rims have surface rust in the grooves between the rim shoulders and the spoke nipples. The exhaust system is very complete and it too has some surface rust.I will help with loading on your shipper.
