It has reconstructed title Due to the Laws in Pennsylvania in the 1970's with choppers. The motorcycle does run, shifts through the gears, All of the electronics do work, Front brake sticks, rear works as it should. It is in an Amen Frame. Double cut front fender, has dings on the bottom (see picture). Overall the chrome has pitting. Looks to have an early ignition. 28 stamped carburetors. etc. You receive what is pictured.
