I believe the crankshaft was lightened and balanced but it is only listed as "balance and clean" below, so am not sure if it was lightened. remember discussing that, but it isn't on his list.

Labor:
· Completely disassemble the motor for cleaning and inspection
· Remove connecting rods and inspect all crankshaft journals
· Micro polish crankshaft inspects, balance and clean.
· Plastic gauge all crankshaft journals and install rod and main bearings
· Remove cylinder studs and install performance studs.
· Surface cylinder, Glass bead and install heli coils.
· Bore and hone to 1.00 coated piston set.
· Disassemble cylinder head for inspection
· Blast cylinder head and surface both sides of the head
· Clean up ports as necessary
· Install valve guides and ream
· Multi angle valve job
· Reassemble head with heavy duty springs
· Inspect transmission and repair if necessary (Under-cut transmission)
· Inspect and repair stripped threads as necessary (6 heli coils)
· Inspect oil pump and address as necessary.
· Clean all components and assemble motor with all new gaskets and seals
· Set ignition timing.
· Paint motor as per customer’s request
· Install motor in test stand and run motor (9 heat cycles, check ignition timing)
· Remove motor from stand and crate.
