1972Triumph Trident 750 T150RVAsking $3,500.00I have put lot of time and effort into this bike for the last 15years.  It has 19,327 original miles and clear title.  have allreceipts for parts and work done.  Overall design is very similar to"Slippery Sam".Caution: If you do not speakTriumph or are not familiar with Triumphs of this period would suggest thatyou do not consider this bike.  This period of motorcyclingrequires one to know mechanical and electrical systems inside and out to keepthem running in top order.  And strongly suggest that you have the necessary tools for proper maintenance orhave Triumph mechanic that you trust.  This is NOT metricmotorcycle!
It has the original frame and the fork was completely rebuilt.  It hasalso had extensive engine work done.
It has an American "Teardrop" gas tank, clean tank that hasbeen constantly stored with gasoline in it.  All three Amal carburetorshave been rebuilt.  All black on the bike is powder coated and the gastank and front fender are powder coated in silver.  It also has blackfiberglass side panels and the original bench seat with the Triumph logo on therear of the seat (see photos).
Instead of using the original fiber head gasket, have installed copper(reusable) head gasket, which have found to be better on thismotorcycle.  There's been extensive head bolt work on the engine and thewhole top end of this engine has been disassembled and examined, measured andput back to original specs.  The engine has good compression (I have documentation for this) which has been checked, and has been designed with top endhigh-performance chrome rollers.  There is Thruxton engineering in the topend.  The steering neck ball and race bearings were replaced with originalbearings.  The swing arm bushings were also replaced.  There is high-performance electronic ignition system.  The bike iskick-start only.  The brake light and head light are Lucas, notreproductions.  put in new wiring harness...in fact, this motorcyclehas been completely re-wired. 
This has BSA front and rear advanced drum brakes and the front forks arere-built.  It also has high-performance exhaust (headers) and the rearmuffler is chromed. 
All chains have been adjusted.  Sprockets are in good condition, as wellas the clutch plates.  All associated bearings and cush drive rubbers arein good condition. 
This bike has Norman Hyde rear-set brackets and linkage with folding footpegs.  have Norman Hyde exploded view of rear-set system partnumbers for ordering, as well as an extensive Norman Hyde catalog forother T-150 parts, included with this sale.
