1974 Yamaha TX 500.  2 Cylinder 500cc. Unknown miles. (No odometer). Original bike has been modified to meet American Historic Motorcycle Racing Association AHMRA) for HARE scrambles. This bike is being sold AS-IS. IMPORTANT: NO TITLE. WE WILL PROVIDE BILL OF SALE ONLY. NOT INTENDED FOR ROAD USE OR TO BE LICENSED.  Engine has good compression, and we did get it to start. No key for the fuel tank, and the ignition switch has been removed. Battery is dead, but the starter motor is good. Kick start is in place and works. Engine turns over well. We cannot start it now. No spark. May be simple, but we cannot spend any more time on it. Comes with spare engine and trans! No compression in spare engine, but good case and parts. Pick up within days of auction end.
