 For sale is the iconic 1975 Honda CB400F  the original sport bike.  The flat forward handlebars, and the slightly raised pegs puts the rider in that slightly forward riding position.  Couple that with speed gearbox, and crazy high rpm four, and you own the twisties.  This bike has special place in the history and evolution of sport bikes.  Peter Egan of Cycle World magazine coined it "an enraged sewing machine" when it is wound up.

This is the first and most collectable year of the CB400F.  This motorcycle has been ridden only 4867 miles since new in 1975.  It was originally purchased from the New York state area, where it had been students bike, and was rarely ridden.  It was purchased and brought to Ontario, and was subsequently bought by me in 2005.  have ridden it sparingly in the past 12 years, and sadly it is time to let it go.  am reducing my collection of old Japanese bikes, and this is one of two that are currently for sale on ebay.  The other is KZ750 twin.

This motorcycle is very hard to find in this condition and mileage, and is in exceptional condition for its age. 

I have brand new in the box set of complete exhaust and muffler.  also have newly painted yellow tank and side covers.

I comes with the owners manual and complete and never used tool set.

All bikes am offering for sale are used motorcycles.  They are not new and not represented as such.  They do have signs of age and certain patina that bikes aquire once reaching an older age.
