1975 Kawasaki F9 Bighorn: There are not many like this left for sale and this is very clean runningoriginal. Runs and shifts through all gears. Has small amount of cosmeticrust but overall is very clean. Has the Hatta forks that were OEM on previousyears, some consider these to be superior. This is an F9 Bighorn, not theearlier F5. The F9 received factory improvements of the bottom end, exhaust andcarburetor. If you want street legal two-stroke vintage daily rider this is anexcellent choice.  As far as problems are concerned it has small dent in thetank (see photos, it’s repairable), and the headlight is not working. Thefactory jetting is rich for my base elevation of 6,000 ft. but left it stock.Other than that, it is an excellent example of this 44-year-old make &model. It has OEM items that are often damaged or missing on motorcyclethis age such as; original working 6v electrical system, original rubber tankstrap, excellent intake boots, carburetor looks almost new. Even the batterycompartment (often rusted out) is clean. It’s very low mileage example thatwas stored properly and kept safe from the elements.  I also have the factory turn signals if you want to mountthem. The bike has been in heated dry storage for three years. All fluids weredrained before it was parked. have put fluids back in it for inspection andstart up. Had it running as recently as 8-10-19.
