This XL350 has recently undergone complete frame off restoration and is in near perfect condition!
Nearly everything is original to the bike, except the paint, the new Continental dual purpose TKC70 tires. Front is 90/90-21 and the rear is 120/90-17. It also has new battery, new chain, new rear shocks and passenger pegs, and all of the turn signals are new. All of the bearings in the wheels, swing arm, and steering were replaced or reconditioned. Every nut, bolt and washer was tumble polished or replaced as necessary. This bike is very clean, there is no dirt or rust anywhere.
The frame, wheels, engine cases and many other parts were all powder coated in satin black and silver. The exhaust was done is Cerakote. The tank, side covers, and fenders where all professionally painted in Honda colors. No rattle can spray paint was used on this bike at all.
The carburetor was vapor honed and completely rebuilt with all new hardware, gaskets and brass. The engine only has 6000 miles but was gone through, rebuilt, and dialed into spec. The bike was then DYNO tuned to perfection. It starts on the first kick and runs extremely well. Very smooth and just blast to ride!
