For Sale is 1977 Kawasaki KZ400DL. purchased thismotorcycle in 2002 from Chevrolet dealer that was personal friend. It hadbeen traded in on new Chevy truck by the original owner. This motorcycle hasbeen adult owned its entire life. am 65 and the man that traded it in wasolder than me. bought it to just cruise around on secondary roads as hadowned one back in the 70??™s and thought it would be cool motorcycle to have. Iam getting close to retirement and need to part with some of my toys. Thismotorcycle has been stored indoors since new and has always been ridden gently.It is 1977 and has few scratches on it, see pictures. The paint is originaland still very shiny. would give the overall physical condition of themotorcycle on scale of 1-10. Everything on this motorcycle works. Thebike has never been dropped or been down. The carburetors have been veryrecently taken off and completely cleaned and adjusted, the bike runs and ridesgreat. Several years back had Kawasaki dealer coat the inside of the gastank to prevent rust. also have the original brochure from the motorcycle.
