34 years old with 1500 miles, original condition, not restoration! Starts and runs great. Extremely rare to find such an old bike in this condition.

This bike had been stored indoors for many years. It had the typical mid-80's Yamaha CDI problem where it looked like it was getting spark but wouldn't run so it sat until got it last year. replaced the CDI with brand new, aftermarket unit, so no more problems there. The bike also has fresh tires, new 6v battery, recent valve inspection, oil change, and carb overhaul. Starts on first or 2nd kick. Revs out with no surging or stalling. Will sit and idle until it runs out of gas.

The paint is in original, unfaded condition with some slight damage to some of the decals. See pics for details. There is zero rust on this bike the wheels, spokes, fork tubes, etc are all extremely shiny and clean with no imperfections. The exhaust pipe has typical rough patina from getting hot, but not rusted out at all.

All the electrics work high/low beam, front and rear turn signals, left and right, the horn, the brake light and tail light, and neutral light all work as they should.

Original brake shoes, chain, sprockets, etc all in excellent condition.

I have been riding this bike to work (about miles each way) for the last month or two. It always brings smile to my face, it's blast to ride.
