bought this bike with the intention of Cafe treating it but don't have time and it's too original to ruin.  The guy got it from rode it 250 miles after getting it from the original owner who had it in dry storage for 30 years! Stripped down to the frame and rebuilt with new seals and anything worn, cleaned old grease etc and re-greased. am very familiar with this bike having had another for 25 years myself. 
It has:
New tires
New Chain
New front brake pistons plus seals and rear brake shoes.
New cush drive rubbers in back wheel
New battery
New air and oil filter, air filter holder.
New swinging arm chain runner, last on the planet!
New top cam chain seals. was weeping. 
New clutch case seals
New exhaust header nuts and head bolts.
Too many numerous seals, perishables and cables replaced. Carb jets cleaned. Comes with complete carb jets replacement set and complete engine gasket and seal set plus other spares. Has toolkit and rear rack not attached.
This bike is getting pretty rare and this is an honest example in very good condition. Fun to ride if not to start unless you have the knack, it is notoriously bug--r. Runs beautifully. only have previous sellers word the mileage is right but had no doubt he was telling the truth from paperwork and condition. spent 1k on it. Has one tiny chip on tank and previous owner jet washed it with something stupid so some engine/barrel paint patches.  Classed as Antique in TX.
